No. Pomnex is not a hosting company. We focus on operating and managing WordPress on the infrastructure that fits you, with monitoring, maintenance, and custom development that keep the site stable.
We don't promise an uptime percentage: server availability belongs to your hosting provider, and we are not a hosting company. What we take responsibility for is what actually takes most WordPress sites down: an update that breaks the site, a vulnerable plugin, a backup that won't restore when you need it. We check your site from outside at regular intervals, review it after every update round and fix what the update broke, and keep a recent backup you can restore from, so we hear about an outage without waiting for one of your customers to tell you.
Yes. We start by reviewing your site as it is, then take over maintenance and monitoring and build any custom plugins or systems it needs. The site stays online throughout the handover.
